I loved, love rompers! There is just something so sweet about a little boy in a romper. The other day I found a romper on clearance at my local discount clothing store. When I saw it, I knew immediately I wanted to make my own pattern utilizing a much cuter material. So off to the register with a few other purchases. Later in the week I found the perfect cotton print at Joanns. We were celebrating my youngest son's birthday with family and friends with a puppy dog theme. The material I found was a light blue with little puppies all over it! Loved it! Loved it so much I had bought some of the same print in flannel months ago! Guess I forgot! So off to the register I went with a few other purchases!
At home I worked up a pattern based on the romper I had bought, started cutting and sewing it up, and a day later-my son's romper was complete. The project would have been finished that day had I not had to buy more snaps. Why don't they sell a larger amount of snaps?
Can't wait to start the next one. It should go a lot faster with one behind me, and lucky for me and my compulsion to buy fabric when I see something I like, I already have some cute fabric each to go. But first, I have a skirt and a few shirts to make!
